Refund Policy

Obsessed Auto Repair Inc

This No Refund Policy applies to all services, diagnostics, repairs, parts, labor, and transactions performed by Obsessed Auto Repair Inc ("the Shop"). By authorizing service or making payment, you agree to the terms below.

1. No Refunds on Services

  • All labor charges, diagnostics, inspections, testing, programming, and service fees are non‑refundable.

  • Once work has started, no refunds will be issued for any reason.

2. No Refunds on Diagnostics

  • Diagnostic fees are non‑refundable regardless of repair approval, repair outcome, or repair decision.

3. No Refunds on Parts

  • All parts sales are final.

  • No refunds on:

    • Installed parts

    • Special‑order parts

    • Electrical components

    • Custom parts

    • Performance parts

    • Software, programming, or tuning

  • Manufacturer warranties, if any, apply in place of refunds.

4. Deposits

  • All deposits are non‑refundable.

  • Deposits apply toward parts, labor, and scheduling.

5. Performance & Custom Work

  • Performance upgrades, tuning, fabrication, and custom work are final sale.

  • No refunds based on dissatisfaction with performance results, sound, drivability, or expectations.

6. Abandoned or Declined Repairs

  • If a repair is declined after diagnostics, all diagnostic and inspection fees remain due.

  • Storage fees still apply under Shop policy.

7. Warranty in Place of Refunds

  • Valid warranty claims are handled through repair or replacement only.

  • Refunds are not provided under warranty circumstances.

8. Chargebacks

  • Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.

  • Accounts with chargebacks may be subject to collections and legal recovery of fees, labor, storage, and administrative costs.

9. Exceptions

  • Refunds are only issued if required by law.

  • Any exception must be approved in writing by Shop ownership.
